    Default Childminding versus Nannying: Covid-19

I've seen a few people switching to offering Nanny services and existing Nannies still operating so how does this actually work? Can Nannies still work as normal and how do childminders switch to be Nannies?

if you are a nanny, you ideally work for just one or 2 families at a time, and you work out of their house. the family are responsible for paying the nannies tax & insurance. the nanny has to be ofsted registered in order for families to use vouchers/universal credits etc. my understanding is though, that a childminder registration number is NOT transferable as a nanny.
