    Hi Looking for advise for a single Mum who works 30hrs per week , how much can she claim for childcare

    Not sure what she is claiming.
    It's her salary that would determine any benefits surely, not how many hours she works or whether she is single?

    I would think everyone is different too, depending on circumstances.

    I thought there was a minimum of hours required , maybe someone else will come along to advise , thanks for pointer to website

    I think it's 16 for tax credits.

    However the amount she will get will depend on her salary

    Tell mum to use the Childcare Choices website. It has lots of calculators to work out her estimated entitlements.
