DBS update HELP!

I have had an email from the DBS update service saying that my DBS update fee is due. My husband also had an email however, his email said his has automatically renewed and mine says I need to log in to renew subscription. I have tried to log in but don't know what my update service ID number or where to find it. I can't find any emails with it in or any paperwork with it on. Please can someone tell me how they send it to you. Neither myself or my husband can find any communication with it on and I'm now stressing that maybe I didn't register for the update service!

Try giving them a call tomorrow - if you don't renew it when it's due you will have to start again with a new dbs so you need to avoid that if possible x

I didn't know mine or my daughters number. I phoned, they didn't make me sound stupid.

I did something that may have been sensible - I wrote the numbers down on the backs of the certificates

Just called them and spoke to a really nice lady who was very helpful. Panic over ☺️
