    Hi Everyone, been a long time since i posted sorry!! Confused over talk of an ey2 form. I have never heard of this before. Registered apr 2012 so both my husband and i are crb checked. Is this something i need to do or is it just for dbs update? Thanks

    EY2 tells Ofsted about something different - a teen reaching 16, someone new moving in etc ...

    If you are registered and already have suitability letters from Ofsted and crb checks then you don't need anything else
