    Default annual set up costs?

Hi. I'm just setting up as a childminder and wondered what are the year on year costs? And how much do they cost? E.g. PACEY membership, insurance, etc? Thanks, Kate

It depends on which insurance and if you decide to join an association...
    My annual payments:

    Have to: registration, Insurance, ICO

Choose to: online system, nursery world, ( national trust)

Could : PACEY ( I am a lifetime member of NAHT which supports me so don't) Childcare. Co .uk ( currently fairly full and missed the cheaper rate so will sign up to gold whe I need to, great for new childminders though) other online periodicals. Accountant ( I muddle through but thinking of this year) training, courses etc.. ( childcare. Co. UK have a lot for their gold members)

    Three years: Piadiatric first aid

Fairly low necessary overheads annually for a self employed business.
