Permission to go on outing/in car

I've created a permission form for parents to sign to agree for their child to go on an outing but should I have a seperate one for allowing their child to go in my car ie. A local school pick up in particularly bad weather or something?

theres no requirement to have permission for outings at all!

Talk to the parents why you would use the car...trips or school pick ups.
As long as you are insured for business that is all.

For outings...again talk to the parents...do a RA if you want but you do not need permission although informing parents is important so they know your whereabouts
