I don't charge for my holidays, but I do charge a higher rate than most cms around here, so over a year it works out pretty much the same.

My term time only children pay a higher fee that includes 1/2 fees for all school holidays ... But they don't pay in the holidays.
I charge for all children's holidays if I am available to work. If I'm not available, then I don't charge.

Never had term time only but my fees would be full fee all year and on my holidays except the 9 weeks in July and August then it's a retainer of half fee if they keep them off for the whole summer . If a parent does not like it then they don't sign up with me I have decided I can't keep all parents happy so I keep myself happy lol

No charge for mine but full fee for theirs :-) my hols are usually during school hols so don't affect my TTO clients. I don't charge retainers etc for my TTO clients either as I have AdHoc holiday children who use their spaces :-)
