    Sounds like a nightmare. Everything is a learning curve though, learn from this and make sure you state 'No breakfast will be given after 8am'

    Everyone arrives at 8am here and there's no way I could give breakfast, theres just not enough time as we leave the house at 8.30am and on Tues and Thurs I go straight onto toddler group.
    Time Out.. The perfect time for thinking about what you're going to destroy next.

    Having read all the replies I agree with those saying get what you are owed. It'd a contract they signed they were aware of your routine and are just trying to get out of paying. Ron your insurance for advise and I bet they say the same thing. You pay them for a service do they will chase the payment on your behalf. We work hard for out money. I bet if you took a day of sick they would want that refunded
