Hello I have a parent desperate for childcare to start Wednesday and wants to come and sign contract tomorrow so I can take child Wednesday. It's only 2 before school days a week (but every little helps right) lol Only I have no contracts left. I have ordered some but won't be here by tomorrow. I'm with Pacey so new to use their contracts. Is there anything I can do?
Can I write a written one with a promise to sign a Pacey one when they arrive?

I would get them to complete everything else and take payment (really important lol) and do the contract once they arrive.

Is there no local childminder you can borrow one from?

The OP is in Wales and we have to have a contract in place before care can start - it is in the National Minimum Standards, one of the differences between Wales and England.

I would do a temporary one with basic details and then do a Pacey one when they arrive
