One of my mindees is leaving soon. What paper work do I have to give to parents? Sorry not so sure about it as she is my first one to go.

You give parents learning and development information and any photos.
You keep registers, medication / accident / incident and other forms, permissions and contracts securely until the child is 21 years and 3 months old for insurance.
You keep accounts for 6 years.
