Late parents

Have many parents who are regularly late one in particular is late every evening by 15 mins ,I can't remember the last time she was on time or early .
I realise I need to put a letter out but really don't want to offend other parents .

The ones who are not late will just know it is not directed at them and so won't get offended anyway. x

Just show her your signing out register and suggest you change your contract. Say it's cheaper than all the late pick up Charges that she has agrees and signed too x
