Message to parent query

Hi. I am about to do my first ever response to a parent who has tried to contact me on childcare.co.uk. I have subscribed to gold. How much info would you give in first email. I will ask hours needed, age of child and when care needs to start. Anything else I should be asking???

I always say thank you for contacting me and ask childs age and days/hours of care required, and also when they require the child to start.

I have quite a lot of information about myself and my setting in my advert on childcare.co.uk, so then usually ask them to contact me so we can arrange a time to meet and further discuss their requirements. I usually mention my fees and conditions ( such as 'all inclusive', if I am available they pay, if I'm unavailable they don't etc )

I try and make it a friendly and accessible email!
