West Sussex, help required for prospective CM

I have an enquiry from a prospective returnee to childminding. She wants to register and has tried the local authority, PACEY & Ofsted at my suggestion.

All deny the ability to assist her.

I am Bedfordshire based and do not have contacts further afield. Does anyone from West Sussex know how she can reregister. She ceased minding approximately 8 years ago & is living in Angmering.
