I've just started using this but am having problems linking obs to children's albums.... Which means i cant share with parents or print them!
there's no button for it where their 'help' says it should be. I'm pretty tech savvy so not a case of me just not getting it (i hope )

does anyone have any experience using this app/site?

I would just email them. They are really good at replying

I upload a photo, change the date to the photo date, start typing the child's name then the name comes up, description then save. The child should already be linked with parents if they choose to be linked
