    Default wish I wasn't ethical!

I have just been offered a fantastic placement. Baby & school child 5 days a week but I won't ever need to do the full week due to shift work but parents will pay for place.
I can't do it because I have already agreed to another baby but for 3 days.
I won't cancel because it's not good practice.
    What a shame though

Must admit I would be the same, once I'd said yes I couldn't change it.

Same here. Just had my hours dropped but even though I am annoyed I will not take on another child to replace this one. I feel my reputation is worth more, yes I know it is a business but feel I owe parents some loyalty even if the parents don't feel the same.

Same here I have a child that does three days every other week. Took them on when desperate for work and now it's losing me a lot of money each month but don't want to drop them and cause problems especially as a friend

I would check with 3 day baby to make sure nothing has changed.
