Daily:
Clean, plan next day activities, food prep, registration book filled in, wow stars
Weekly:
Observations (referencing characteristic of learning, weekly plan (including next steps), self evaluate/reflect, food plan for week, check fore alarm
Monthly:
Invoices, read a new EYFS article,
12 weekly:
Review child, buy/ create/ make/ rotate new activities, speak in depth with parents, fire drill, contact all professionals involved with child for an update
6 month:
Book cpd courses
12 month:
Review contracts
Review policie
3 years:
First aid, child protection.

When you say self evaluate/reflect, do you mean an actual SEF?

No, I try to write a new target like: explore more water play options. Sef I plan do 6 monthly (new routine to keep up to date!)
