Default Parents poster - again !!

Are you all aware that there is a new parents poster now ?

Ofted will expect from September that you have the correct one on display

I can not find the new one on the Ofsted website not sure if anyone else can ?

It is a picture of 2 little boys playing with musical instruments

It is def the new one because Ofsted sent it me last week with an enclosed letter

If you want Ofsted to send it to you call them on 08456 404040

There is more information on this new poster so its easy to know that it is the correct one because its been changes for the EYFS

The picture takes up half the page with writing underneath

    It says ...........

Ofsted registers and inspects childcare for children aged from birth to 17 years

Registered childcare providers and childminders have to meet requirments that relate to safety , the people providing the care and the organisation of the childcare. Childcares who care for children aged from birth to the 31 August following a childs fifth birthday also have to meet requirments for childrens learning and development

Then information about how to contact them etc etc

You DO NEED THIS POSTER so I suggest that if you dont get it soon then give them a call

Don't think I have any posters llike you're talking about but it's just so overwhelming I don't know what I have and haven't got. I'm in the mood now to tell the inspector when I have an inspection just what I think about all this we have to do and all the paperwork and planning etc we do that we don't get paid for and which stops us from being with our own family and puts us under this much stress! So I'll probably get struck off!

The lady I spoke to said that I should ring nearer September and request one!! She did put me on hold for a few seconds whilst she checked that the info she had was correct. (or more likely to have a swigg of her coffee!)

I was just about to put a thread on about this as I've just received it!

    How bonkers is that!

Another one! At least I don't have to print it although I wish I hadn't printed the last one now!

Question Re: Parents poster - again !!

OK, I'm confused - I have been sent a Parents Poster with my reg cert last week. It has a group of children playing outside, there is a traffic cone in the picture and the children are dressing up. It states Ofsted registers for under 8's. Is this OK to use?
