At toddler group today my two mindees (47m & 44m) decided to go and sit right at the front, facing everyone else, next to the lady who runs the group.

The children had to delve into a box of leaves and see what they could find. Leaves, conkers, acorns, sticks.
My 47m old shouted out every answer and then when a hedgehog was found at the bottom of the box the lady asked what the hedgehog might be doing in there....

    'Hibernating' shouted out my mindee

Afterwards I had a couple of comments of how grown up and intelligent she is, so a well deserved pat on the back for me this morning.... I love being a childminder
Time Out.. The perfect time for thinking about what you're going to destroy next.
