I'd let them know sooner rather than later and do your risk assessment - that way you will hopefully have a new certificate for a seamless transfer of your business.

What are you supposed to say? Break a vase? Hope it goes ok xx

Took them 2 weeks to send my new one when I moved however because I moved and it didnt come in time they did allow me to put my old one up until new one came but when you ring and get this advice id really advise you to take the person name and the call log number so nothing comes back to you good luck with your move
