    Default Signing contracts

    Hi all

Might be a silly question but I am doing my first contract tonight, well two actually but I was wondering is there may obvious I am likely to miss?
I'm paranoid I'm going to do it wrong

    Holiday and bank holiday fees.

    Outings expenses - who pays.

Your late pick up fee and late payment.
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door

If you are using a pre printed form like PACEY or Morton Michel just work through it page by page ensuring each page gets signed and dated by you and parents. I am still using up old NCMA ones, I tend to fill in the basic stuff about me like name, address, ofsted reg no, insurance details before parents arrive to save a little time to ensure I can concentrate on getting their details correct and the hours they require written down so there is no argument.

Make sure you give them time to ask questions on every section and make sure you have a firm answer eg: No you can't pay me at the end of the month - Payment is strictly in Advance!!
