Playing with drainpipes.
I have some pieces of drainpipe in my garden. We normally prop the pipes up and roll balls and cars down them.
I can't work out which area of learning this would be.
Can anyone help please?

well depends on the age. it will involve direction, force, speed - so crossover between maths and UW. It can also support a number of children's schemas.
if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got

You could also link it to characteristics of learning.

I wish there was an area called FUN.

You took the words right out of my mouth - why does everything have to be analyzed and labelled so precisely - that was why I suggested linking it to Characteristics of Learning rather than an Area and Aspect of Learning.

Thank you everyone. I am still learning and had not thought of linking it to characteristics of learning, it fits much better there.
I know what you mean about and area called fun. I feel just the same.
