    Default Inhalers questions

Hi, I have a 3yo boy who needs 1 puff of his inhaler every afternoon while in my care. I administer this as his mum has said he finds it difficult hold the spacer properly.
He takes it fine, but my question is documenting this. Mum has signed a Medication form with a note I added saying the inhaler was ongoing medication and that I keep one at my house for him to use.
I write down the times he takes it every day but should I get mum to sign every day? Currently I have like a monthly column which I put in the time hes taken it and comments (e.g took well) and Mum signs this whole form at the end of the month? Is this right? Or should she be signing it everyday? Thanks in advance for any advice!!xx

Get a signature that day ( when it's administered) or asap after.
    I use pacey medication records.
