CRB/DBS

I had the forms for my DSs CRB just before it changed but have not sent them - I know bad childminder! but with Christmas and family stuff happening they were put aside plus by the time I got them it was changing anyway and nothing was said - you would have thought they would wait a week or two

I am sorting things out now but do I need to get new forms - surely CRB ones are obsolete? Guess I will have to call Ofsted?

I'd ring them, ds has just had new one for his work but doesn't know what it said on the form
