    Default Indoor snowmen

Do you like our snowmen, it was too cold to go out today so I brought the snow indoors, putting it in the sand table.

    The little ones loved it.

    Very nice

We had a big plastic box full of snow in today too, it was great fun.The mindees and me had all sorts of things in it, toy kitchen cups and plates, cars, happyland people and toy animals. Wasn't that messy either

    They are lovely!

My snow is to much ice to play with now, which is a shame because I think my mindee would have enjoyed something like that x

    Your snowman looks great!

We had indoor snow last week and, if temps dip as low as expected overnight, we'll probably do the same tomorrow.

I'm in Somerset but we still have snow, had older mindees yesterday and they enjoyed a snow ball fight in the garden but have three under 3 today so brought in snow and chunks of ice and put on trays in the utility (on old shower curtain) and the older one played with it using the bob builder vehicles to shovel it and scoop it up. The other two (13 months and 20 months) didn't like the snow so I put shaving foam on a tray for them to explore and drive vehicles through.

We did try to make mini snowmen indoors but the snow was a bit too icy to mould and just went into solid ice balls, so mindees have made snowmen pictures with cotton wool instead.
