i am on my second one and i love it!

easy to push, children are comfy, its big, but not huge. mothercare don't do replacement raincovers, but i have found an internet supplier ( who used to make all of mothercares raincovers !!! )

only got rid of my first one, as a particurly BIG child i minded climbed in and knelt on the back when it was laid back and snapped it !!!!

kept all the wheels as spares, but 4 years on still haven't used them!!!

Yes I used them all the time. Great to push. I even fitted a toddler pram seat to the fron of mine for a while to make a triple!

Yes I have done that too! I once had a slightly older child who fell over and hurt her leg so I put her on the bar at the back sitting basically on the hood facing me. Not ideal but I couldnt carry her!

I miss my urban detour, very versatile.

LOL! just had to look at a thread about my favourite buggy!

I got the lascal maxi board with extender arms ( I think! )and attached it to the rear axle I bought it ages ago! if you look on the lascal site they have a link to what boards for what buggies.
    | Lascal BuggyBoard ( they don't list the detour anymore, but the mothercare twin vesta looks very similar! )

    good luck x

I have one but am selling it as have got a nipper 360 now.

It's a good buggy but doesn't fit through my front door.

I had a folding pram seat. I think it was maybe mamas and papas or a make like that. I put the seat on the footplate and fastened it on with cable ties. Its is very secure and folds with the buggy.

I love mine but recently my DH brought a nipper 360 and the handle is lower (Iam 5ft 2") which is better for me and it is lighter. I have a bad back on ocassion and pump the tyres up more depending on the weight of the children
