Just wanted a quick check that I have got this tight please, one mum has to swap a day due to having to go to a funeral, this will be ok on all days except for one day for an hour, when I will have 4 children under 5, all existing children. If I risk assess this and get all parents' permission is this ok?

I ended up minding on a Saturday for the same reason as Mom had a funeral to go to!! Never again - I like my weekends!

Yes that's exactly what we have been given autonomy for... so we can make changes like this for exceptional circumstances as long as it is continuity of care.
