    Default Help please....

I had a visit from my DO. I need to have a process in place for a looked after child. I don't have a clue where to start.
Does anyone have one I could have a look at please? I would be very grateful.
    Thank you.....
My to do list is getting longer and longer! x

Are you taking on a looked after child?

I ask because this is not a requirement of the Eyfs or Childcare Register and I wonder why you have been asked to do it.

    I don't have one...

    Hi Sarah,
No I'm not taking on a 'looked after' child. No idea why she wants me to have one.....I think I have enough to do. If you don't have one (you are the expert) then I wont do one either. If my DO questions it I will say "Sarah says......"
    Thank you

Does she mean mentioning something in your equal opps policy or inclusion policy about looked after children? I don't see why there should be a separate policy, after all, you won't be treating them any differently to any other child.
