I'd like to do this when I'm registered childminder but in noticed some of fields on the form ask for teachers name class name, school address etc. what did you put in these fields? Did you say you were a childminder?

Yes I just filled in as a childminder. Mine are nowhere near ready yet. Must be the cold weather up north lol
