Do I charge Mine or other CM's Fees

Been asked to cover for another cm tomorrow because of sickness. Her hourly rate is different from mine, do i charge her hourly rate or mine?

I do occasional cover for a childminder friend and she charges 30p per hour less than me.

The parent has already paid her in advance for the childcare so the other childminder pays me from that - I charge her hourly rate otherwise it's my childminder friend that would be out of pocket.

I don't mind doing this as it's only very occasionally if she's sick or has to take an unexpected day off.

Me and a couple of colleagues offer cover for each other and the 'deal' is that we honour each others fee structure that we are already charging the parent.

I charge my fee - although as far as I know my friend charges the same.

Thanks, ended up charging what other cm did but fell in love with lo, she was lovely ....... would love to have her full time.
