Default Wording for my fee policy

Hi, I am setting up my fee policy, but I will be asking parents to pay one month in advance, I have worded it as follows:
Invoices will be raised on the 1st working day of each week/month with payment due by the final working day of that week/month, with cleared funds to be received by the 1st working day of the following week/month.

Does this sound right or a bit complicated?!!

    Many thanks!

    Hi,
Sounds a bit complicated to me, but then I'm easily confused...
I'd try to break it down and for me I would mention the payment date first. Then explain that means 'cleared into my account'. Then say when I will provide invoices.

This is just me, so feel free to ignore

    bws,
    Wendy

I understand it but I'd bullet point it as the meaning can get lost in a sentence.

    Payment terms.

    Invoices will be raised...

    Payment must be made by...

    Payment must be cleared by...

This means that if you pay by cheque ...
