How shall I charge this mum ???

Hi there !

I have found a mum who I really like and I feel she likes me too !!! The only thing is she needs 2 mornings a week but sometimes she will need 4 days. How do I charge to make it fair to her and to me ???

When you say morning do you mean early, before school or morning eg 8 - 12?

I have a mum who does shift work and I can have lo anything from 1 day a week to 3 days a week. Mum pays me three days as this covers the most days I will have lo. I should really charge 5 days as days also vary from week to week but she's a friend and helps out with my ds and school runs. It works for us and we both gain as some weeks she gets her three days quota and some weeks I only have lo 1day a week but paid for three. I personally would charge 4 days a week as you will not be able to fill these days in case she needs you.everyone diff though and depends whether you need to fill these days.

Yep I would charge the four days as you won't be able to fill them because she might need them.
