discount for siblings?

Hi, ive been asked what i would charge to mind a brother 6 and a sister 9 for two hours a week after school, one hour on a monday and one on a wednesday then maybe a thursday depending on rota. Ive gave my normal fee £4 per hour per child. Parent is going to consult husband but im thinking she thinks thats too much. Would anyone give a discouut even though its only two hours needed??

I normaly offer a 10% discount but not sure if I would for such little hours. depends how much you need the work. Completely upto you

I only offer a 10% discount for the eldest child btu only on a full time basis...I owuldnt offer a discount for 1 hour!

I do on occasion a nd completely at my dicretion discount for siblings, only done it once, for twins, don't make a habit of it.

I dont as a rule give a sibling discount - 2 kids = 2 spaces so 2 fees.

I agree that to quibble over prices for 2 hours is just daft and in this case would definatley NOT offer a discount.

no way- if anything some childminders would charge a minimum hours fee and she'd end paying more than that. They will be taking up two places two evenings a week for £4 an hour. She's having a laugh!

I wouldn't give a discount, and to be honest I would charge a minimum of 2 hours per day anyway so I think she is getting a bargain anway!!!
