Im thinking of starting a minimum charge of 3 hours per session. Does anyone else charge a minimum and do you do it differently for after schoolies?

I only charge hourly fees with no set minimum
Busy losing the will to live mwuahahahaha!
I charge a minimum of 2 hours for after schoolers. One enquiry I had recently said would I round up the charges if mindee was picked up early err no, and she wanted a daily diary.
min 4 hours for pre-school not worried about after school but charge by the hour not half hour
I have min of 2 hours per day for schoolies, and 10 hour per week for pre-schoolers.
I am also thinking about introducing a minimum hour charge, as I have had 2 inquires regarding pre-school pick ups from 12.00-3.30 one day a week in Sept, at the moment I have said I will have to let them know as in Sept my own daughter starts school as does one of the other children I mind so this will free up 2 under 5s spaces, and to be honest I would rather fill the spaces with at least 2 part timers if not full timers.
At the moment I charge by the hour for the time that is used, but I'm thinking if I do agree to to the pre-school pick ups I will charge a minimum of 5 hours for that day and hope that I can find someone else who only wants the other 4 days a week...
Its hard to try and work out the best option, I don't want to turn people away because they only need a few hours but at the same time I have to decide what is best for business!!!
I dont charge per hour for my schoolies. I charge £12 per day for 1.00/2.00 pick up and £10.00 per day for 3.00/4.00 pick up. Also £2.00 per day on top of that if they come in the morn for breakfast and drop of to school. That way if they come for an hour after school im not loosing out they then go on to hourley rate on school holidays
Minimum of 1hour before school and 1hour 30minutes for after-school. They HAVE to pay this, if they choose to drop off their child later or collect them earlier that is their choice, they will still pay the minimum!
No minimum charges for day time children (well not set in stone anyways!) Although i have one mum who only wanted 3 hours on a Monday morning - i managed to increase her child to 5hours because i have to go on a school run in the morning and wouldnt be back until later than she wanted and then after the 3rd week of "something has come up, can u sort her lunch please" i recontracted her to 1.30pm haha works out great for me and she gets an extra 2hours "freetime!" - non working, too much money parents!!!

I have a minimum of 2 hours per day, and 10 hours per week, although the 2 hours per day is more for the schoolies, and the 10 hours per week is more for the pre-schoolers.
I do have exceptions though. One boy is only here for about 5-20 mins, and I only charge an hour for him .
I charge by the hour but have a minimum fee of 5 hours, regardless of whether they need that or not and then charge hourly after that. No minimum before or after school - just by the hour.

I only care for full-day children but if I was asked to consider part-time, I think I would have a minimum of 5 hours.
0-5 yrs minimum of 5 hrs a day, morning or afternoon preferably.
I do a middle of day 5 hr session but charge more per hr as I'm unlikely to fill a couple of hours at beginning or end of day with an under 5yr.
Schoolies, £5 before and £10 after, set fee .

I dont set this in stone, but I was approached for 1 day a week for 4 hours and as that would take up a space I charged for a min of 5 hours at £20, but then she decided she'd like the two days so I went back to hourly rate - iyswim
