    Default 1/2 Fees

Whilst I have been reading how people charge with regard to time off, I like most of you charge 1/2 fees for term time children that don't attend the holidays. However, after doing this for years, recently, a parent thought as these 1/2 fees equated to 2 full days they could send their lil one for those 2 days without paying any extra and was very surprised when they received an invoice for the extra amount due. Thought I would let people know this - so make sure you explain if they do use your service they will be required to pay full fee for any hours used and 1/2 fee for any not. Hope this makes sense.

I tell all my parents that if they are term time only and require school holiday care then they have to book at least 4 weeks in advance and that full fees will apply x
