Default Fees and loss of children

    Hi

I'm just starting out but was wondering, is anyone suffering from a lot of parents not being able to pay their fees or losing a lot of children due to the recession?

No not as yet (touch wood) actually for some strange reason I have had more enquiries this week than I have had in a longgggggg while. actually have had 8 enquiries 5 of them full time. But I am full now but have signed one up in march cos I have 1 leaving then.

I have had parents change their hours due to a part time closure of Honda and another who took redundancy is paying me a retainer until she gets another job.

3 calls in 2 days this week.

1 a definite no (see 1 of my posts)

1 I really hope they say yes as parents are lovely as is baby and hours are great.

1 coming Tuesday - not sure if I can fit child in.

Good luck to the Newbies - may lots of work come your way.

Wow, looks like most people are really busy! I wish i was registered today now lol!

Hopefully all being well, if i get one full time and things carry on the way they are for the rest of you, my part time job (whatever i do!) will only be for a small amount of time!

Are you finding your people coming from word of mouth of advertising?

I get mine from *****, the government link (not sure what it is called) or I have 2 or 3 other CM's who recommend me.

Fortunately not. I am full to bursting and could actually do with culling a few temporary ones

Seems to be loads of work round here at the minute luckily
