Default sample increase in fees letter

hello, does anyone have a standard 'fee increase letter', please. I have been childminding for just over 2 years and have not, as yet, revised my fees. Im thinking of putting them up by 25p per hour, and amending my meals from £1 to £1.50.
Im not really too sure what to write, and want it to look professional. If any one can help, that would be great. many thanks

This is mine, I dont know if it helps anyone!

    Dear Parents,

I am writing to you concerning my annual fee increase.

I have carried out some research into the fees other local childminders charge and have found that most childminders in ***** ****** charge around £4 per hour, some are as high as £4.50.

With this in mind, together with the recent increases in the cost of living, I have decided that my annual increase will be 25p per hour for existing children.

As of January 1st 2009, my fees will be £3.75 per hour for existing children. My fees will continue to include all snacks, drinks, outings, toddler groups, arts & crafts, etc.

Any new business I take on will be charged at my new rate of £4.00 per hour which brings me inline with everyone else.

If you have any queries regarding this, please feel free to contact me.

    Regards
