I have a possible contract for whenI start for every thursday after school for 2 children with possible holiday care but she wont know the dates until the holidays. Do I just do a contract for Thursdays and then put additional holiday care as needed?

I would do the contract for the definate day now and if the holidays are confirmed later on write another contract adding them in at your next review
