Default activating a claim for non payments

hi this is the first time ive had to activate a claim for a non payment. parent hasn't even given notice just sent in child last 2 weeks irregular and hadn't paid. I assumed id see mum that evening but it was granny. ive since found out she hasnt been going to work, she confirmed last night eventually that she no longer requires childcare. I have reminded her of the 4 weeks notice and the current 2 weeks unpaid childcare still standing. im struggling to find out how I do this with childcare ins. advice welcome thanks

Contact your insurance company and follow their advice...

You can also take parents to small claims court as long as you have all the paperwork in place - it's cheap and easy to arrange.

I hope you resolve it quickly
