Increase hourly rate annually?

Curious to no if u peeps increase your hourly rate each year? I've had a break from childminding after having my 2 youngest but previously I'm sure I probably had a 6-7 year period that my hourly rate didn't change!! Now I'm back CM full time again I don't wanna make this mistake again. If I was to increase how much by 10-20p?? I charge £4 ph at the mo, I no childminders in my area that charge less but I feel I'm worth more lol!!

I say I review my fees annually, but have actually raised them 15p per hour every 2 years since I started about 5 years ago.
I don't want to do it every year as it is a bit distruptive.

I review them each year, I will be increasing my existing clients as I started out too cheap, again like others have said about 15p an hour.
