    Default Refusing childcare & Charges

    Hi

IF you envoke your right to refuse childcare as per the PACEY contract due to not paying, can you then charge for the day that you have refused care for?

    Thanks in advance.

Best advice for you would be to phone the PACEY legal helpline and talk the situation through with them before you do anything. (See below)
