Default Advice regarding holiday fees for family of three

    Hiya,
I'm after some advice, I've got a family that I currently have term time only contracts for, for two of the siblings 1 and 4. Family have approached me for care over the summer holidays for two full days, for 2-3 weeks for all three children, (older bother doesn't come to mine as I cover a different primary school). I'm full, term times. I have children everyday during holidays however lower numbers by choice, happy to do the work for this family but not sure what to charge. I charge £4 an hour for 1 year old - sibling discount for 4 year old of £3.50......Have suggested to family that i'm happy to discuss a daily holiday rate for all three children as they don't normally come to the setting......Not sure what to negotiate as it's extra money to what I planned for but don't want undervalue the work that i'll be doing. Help? Suggestions?

i would charge the full hourly rate for all 3 of them honey. more children = more work - don't undervalue yourself
if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got

thank you both, that's what I thought in my head, but my heart is trying to say go 'easy' as it can be really expensive. Then I think about the what nurseries and afterschool play schemes charge and I know I'm still a good deal. thanks again
