Small claims route for non paying parent!

Has anybody done this and what is the procedure? Had a parent who has messed me about since day 1, paying me a week late etc..She now owes me two weeks money and has ignored my messages. I have gone down the Moneyclaim option and filed a case against her last week. What is the chance of getting my money? I haven't bothered contacting Ncma as I.finished Childminding on Thurs too. Thanks

We had a parent who slipped behind with payments and then left without notice. Ignored all invoices and letters until she received a court letter from moneyclaimonline. She sent her mum round right away with the money. There will be some people who aren't worried about a bad credit file - if they already have one you may have more difficulty. Good Luck x
