I do an information pack for prospective parents.
I include a page about me,
Opening times
Holidays
Food and Drink
Sample weekly menu
Sample weekly activities
Network info
NCMA info
Charges
Record of last inspection judgements
Copies of all permission forms, contracts,child record form,Parental Responsibility and Legal contact form,
And a poem that sums up what I think its all about!- Children Live What They Learn by Dorothy Lawe Holt

My policies are together in another folder which I show parents. When they book a place they get copies of policies and they sign to say they have them.
Printing all this does cost a bit but I think its worth it.

can anyone help with how i can advertise which is most afficient because i have done business cards, i have door car magnets, i am on several websites and shortly will be on the ncma website once i have filled in the questionaaire they sent me. can't think of any other ways to promote my business.

I havnt had 1 reply yet am i not promoting myself very well???
