    i was gonna say that i applied for both our childrens passports and DP never had to sign anything????

    Indeed it does say it in Eyfs.I can't believe I didn't read it properly. sorry about that.Now I've realised that I also need details of who has legal contact. Spoke to head master yesterday and now Im even more confused.

    I was under the impression that the whole contact thing is none of my beeswax as long as I have it in writing who is allowed to pick up the children from mine.

    Thats not correct is it?

    I see another weekend full of childminding paperwork

    What did the headmaster say?

    It wont change who picks the child up if you already have arrangements, its just something that needs to be in writing.

    Head master[we have fallen out before] mainly because in the words of the delicious Vic Reeves'I just wouldn't let it lie' and can be very pedantic,was very wishy-washy as usual.

    Think he doesn't want to credit me with having a brain
