'All About Me' Sheet - Where is it on the EYFS disk?

Ok, this is just daft. I have spent ages searching the eyfs disk and the internet in general looking for a blank All About Me Sheet but I can't find it.

I have a copy of a completed one in a training document from the EYFS course I attended. But surely I don't have to create me own with little boxes - or do I?

Is there a blank one on the disk? Also are there any learning journey blanks?

Sorry if this is totally obvious and I have missed it.

i remember seeing the learning journeys on there, i THINK that if you look under each area or under planning somewhere, on the disk it comes up along the left hand side somewhere. i remember it says something like 'exaples of planning for under 2's' and 'examples of nursery planning and there was blank ones in that bit.

im not sure if thats going to help. i have not looked on my disk for a while so thats why i cant be clearer but i def got some printed off from there.

When you put the disc in the main screen comes up. At the top on the left it says something like EYFS Resource index. Click on that and I think there is then a lengthy list of allsorts of documents and links to websites.

I think it is under enabling environments somewhere does that help lol
