New Ofsted Registers - advice for everyone!

Go to ... www.ofsted.gov.uk

Put your registered number into the search bar top right of the Ofsted home screen...

Go into your information and see what registers you are on.

If you are on all 3, then you need to follow the Statutory Requirements of the Eyfs

AND

Everything in document reference - 080161 - put this reference into the search bar at the top right of Ofsted website and it will come up!

There are some differences between the Eyfs and this document...

I typed in my registration number and my details are incorrect. It states I have been childminding since November 1992 when in fact it is September 1990. Also, it says it has been 5 years since my last inspection which isn't actually true

it has my date of last inspection wrong on the document but my last report is the one that opens

i am on all 3 reisters too better read all of the info that sarah has posted so that i know what i'm meant to be doing then

I was having a look at my details (after you lot have said that some of your details are wrong) and I notice they have updated my registration conditions on ratios but I still haven't received my amended certifcate - over 2 months now. Think I will be ringing or emailing them Monday.

Thanks for the link Sarah. I got sent a copy of this with my deamer letter (apparently what we must keep and provide to ofsted if they ever come round, untill we get our new certificates) but is this what we need to base our policies and procedures on and quote the ref number? Or should we just stick to the ECM outcomes.

Ive wrote the BLEEP! things out twice now (once in welfare requirements order, then in ECM order) cant face doing it again, but it says this is what ofsted will base their inspections on

I think Ive lost the will to live with all this!
