    Hi
    Obviously ofsted are more interested in under 5's but over fives are we ment to do learning journals for them

    I take pictures of them when doing activities and put them in a scrapbook, not sure if you have to though.

    You dont have to, mine each have a scrap book which they are in charge of I dont put anything in myself its all tgeir choice

    No requirement for LJs for over 5s...you could put some photos up in your setting that show their involvement in activities and how well they get on with the younger ones?
    Surely an inspector would be happy to see that?

    I also do s scrapbooks for school aged children .. well they do anyway =)

    I started a scrap book with one when she started 2 years ago. She isn't interested now so it's not been updated for a while, her choice though .
