    Hi


    I'm planning on starting childminding in September after being a Nanny for the last 7 years.

    I was wondering if you lovely lot can help. What policies must you have and are there any others that are good practice to have. I'm just feeling a little over whelmed with everything you need at the moment so trying to concentrate on the stuff I have to have first.
