How to deal with current variations?

I have 2 long standing variations in place at the moment.

As of next week can I just carry on with them (as they were granted by Ofsted), or do I have to reassess them myself & show evidence of having done this?

I have set up a variations folder with some of the current blank variation forms that I have printed off. My plan is to fill them in if I need to grant myself an exception and keep all the paperwork together (RAs, any letters etc) in a folder. I though'd I put a copy of my current certificate in as proof of existing variations having been granted, but wondered if I should be showing more?

Variations that are currently in place will continue until you no longer need them.

You follow the revised EYFS for any new ones

I thought that was probably the case, but you know when something suddenly comes to mind & you start to doubt yourself
