I have tweaked and changed my paperwork to reflect the changes to the EYFS.
All my paperwork is colour coded
The prime and time sensitive areas are done in primary colours.
The Observation collection sheet - i have the old one laminated and on my wall. I use a different colour post it note for each child. I write the quick obs on the note and stick on the appropriate box. I know lots of obs cover more than one aspect but i find it handy to just write and stick, i then come back to it later and write it all up.
The Ongoing assessment sheets are the new EYFS done like my old assessment sheets but with the colours. Space to put evidence and dates.
Observation sheets - space for the ob, next steps and comments from parents. This also has a box so i can cross ref with the ongoing assessment sheets. (thats why there are numbers on the ongoing assessment sheets)
Ofsted loved my paperwork i had with the old EYFS and i have improved since starting my degree.
Yes i know the assessment sheets writing is small but even my old eyes can see it and i wanted to get as much on as little paper as possible.
Enjoy
